📋 Contract Terms & Conditions

1. A non-refundable fee of 20 Dinars will be deducted for printing, registration, and delivery.
2. In case of cancellation, the subscription will be converted into separate weekly subscriptions:
   (5 days only: 20 dinars / 6 days only: 30 dinars / 7 days only: 35 dinars)
3. Weekly billing only, Subscriptions are calculated weekly and are not evaluated daily (weekly system).
4. If the phone is not answered during delivery, the driver will return the order to the restaurant (an additional charge of 3 dinars applies if the driver returns a second time).
5. If we are unable to reach you by phone, our driver will knock and wait for 5 minutes. After this period, the order will be returned to the restaurant for self-pickup, and the driver will proceed to the next delivery.
6. If the customer orders takeout food, the executive manager will replace the proof that was damaged or otherwise defective.
7. I acknowledge and agree to all the above. Subscription to the registration indicates my desire and acceptance of these terms.
